I started this blog after spending a year semi-isolated due to the covid virus. I would not go as far as to say that I was unhappy, but I was not excited for each day. Damn, was I BORED! A it turns out, there was one good thing that came out of the lockdown for me. I went searching for happiness and it has been a great journey.
What makes me happy? Leading a healthy lifestyle through diet, fitness, and sleep. Following my core values throughout the year. My site, Finding Happiness, is a collection of mindsets that have worked for me. I chose not to repeat what others have put forward as advise for improving your life. Instead, I want to give you a fresh point of view and how to apply my experiences in your life. There are a lot of self-help advise out there but little realistic direction for making them work for a lifetime. I am offering my ideas based on my experiences for finding happiness, including, how I make it work.
I hope that you can use my ideas to improve your life. Maybe finally getting an exercise program that you will stick to. Or maybe helping you to be just a wee bit happier!
